Do I need to use the same number / email address I use for DStv when signing up for Namola?

No. Verification of your DStv account uses your DStv customer number.

  • If you don’t know your customer number, you can get it using WhatsApp (060 060 3788). Type in “customer number” to get the info.
  • You can also find your DStv customer number using our MyDStv app. Select “Manage” – your DStv customer is listed at the top of the screen.
