I can't find my Namola Panic Tracker. What should I do?

All you need to know about your Namola Panic Tracker and how you could locate it when it is lost.

Can Namola locate my Namola Panic Tracker? 

Namola only attains the live location of your Namola Panic Tracker when you press the SOS button. Unfortunately, we cant assist you in locating your Namola Panic Tracker. However, if the device is still online, you will be able to see the location of the Panic Tracker on your Namola App.

To get a rough idea of where your Namola Panic Tracker is, please open your Namola App, tap on the Location sharing tab in the far left-hand corner, and select your Panic tracker.  This will identify the device's last known location. Please do bear in mind that if the device is offline, this may not be 100% accurate.
