I am unable to add Namola to my DStv bill?

If the Namola app is unresponsive when trying to add to your bill, please contact Namola directly (https://support.namola.com/ or email them on hello@namola.com)

 

If you received an error message when trying to add Namola to your bill, please contact DStv for assistance.

 

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to add Namola to your bill including :

  • There is already an active Namola subscription on the account number entered
  • DStv pay tv subscription is not active, or account is in arrears
  • DStv pay tv subscription is paid annually
