Everything you need to know about your settings when joining a Namola Community
How to mute a community:
Muting a community means that you will not receive alerts, new posts or SOS’s for that community.
Note: For communities that you haven’t muted, you’ll only receive alerts of new posts and SOS’s. You will not receive alerts for new comments on posts unless you follow the post.
- Tap on the ⚙️ icon in the top right-hand corner of the Safety News Feed
- Tap on the community that you want to mute
- Toggle the "mute" button to the right.

How to leave a community:
If you want to leave a community follow these easy steps:
- Tap on the community that you want to leave
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Tap "Leave Community
