All you need to know about cancelling your Namola Plus Subscription.
We’d hate to see you lose out on the benefits of Namola Plus. Is there something we could resolve for you, or any questions we could answer before you decide to cancel? However, if you feel that you no longer wish to make use of the service our Namola Plus (app only) option offers, you can cancel your subscription within the Namola App.
Please follow the below steps to cancel your subscription:
- Open the Namola App.
- Tap on the Profile tab.
- Select Manage your Plan.
- Select the plan you wish to cancel.
- Select Cancel Subscription on the pop-up screen.
- Tap Proceed on the pop-up screen to confirm cancellation.
Your Namola Plus (app only) will now be cancelled and no further debits will be made to your card.
If you ever feel that you would like to come back to Namola, to ensure you can get access to armed response and private medical response whilst on the go, simply purchase a new Namola Plus subscription in-app via the shop.
