What you need to know about Namola tracking your location and if we are able to track your lost phone
Can Namola track my lost phone?
Namola takes user privacy very seriously. There are two instances when your phone's location may be viewed because of the Namola App.
1. The Namola Response Centre is only able to see your live location when you request assistance through the Namola app or through a Namola Panic Tracker, and whilst that incident is live.
2. If you have shared your live location with your trusted loved one/s, they will be able to see the location of your phone, provided that there is a data network and your phone has not been turned off.

For privacy and legal reasons, at no other time is the Namola App able to be used to see the location of your phone.
Can Namola help me track a missing person?
The above applies to missing people as well.
1. Namola's Control Room will not be able to see their location if they have not requested assistance through the Namola app or through a Namola Panic Tracker, and the incident is live.
2. If that person has shared their live location with you through the Namola App, you will be able to see their live location, provided there is a network connection. If they have not shared their live location with you, we encourage you to follow the steps in the article linked below.
