Evergreen Sitari

Who are they and what services do they provide?

Evergreen Lifestyle offers beautiful retirement accommodation and world class facilities and services.  To support the safety and well being of their residents, Evergreen Lifestyle has included Namola in their emergency response by providing everyone with panic tracker devices and Namola Plus benefits.

The residents primary concern is medical assistance. The Namola panic tracker gives residents peace of mind knowing that at the touch of a button, a competent Namola operator will immediately attempt to contact them and verify their emergency.  Should the user not answer, the Namola operator will immediately dispatch a private ambulance to their exact location via GPS tracking.

Evergreen residents all have medical aid cover and have provided Namola with details of any medical conditions they are dealing with.  This information is only visible to the operators while the incident is open to best assist the medical response, thereafter those details are hidden from view to protect the resident's privacy.

NB: Evergreen Lifestyle Village is an access controlled retirement village located inside the Sitari Country Estate which is also access controlled.

If there is any difficulty establishing location, make sure to dispatch response first to Evergreen Sitari and then go back to confirming location while the response is on the way.

To get to the Evergreen Village you need to pass through the Evergreen Sitari Gate.

  1. Evergreen Sitari, Sitari Country Estate, 12 Larnaca Road, Macassar, 7130.

The Evergreen entrance boom gate is operated by security staff 24/7.

3. Reporting on behalf of another

Evergreen residents ONLY use the Namola Panic Tracker to report incidents for themselves with all their personal contact information, street address, and any medical conditions provided in the incident notes.

In the event that a resident requests assistance on behalf of another resident then operators will have to do the following:

  1. Confirm the location of the patient. Are they at their house or another location?
  2. Update the location on the incident from the caller's location to the patient location.
    1. All residential addresses can be found here
