SOP for Dispatches to AURA.
The following SOP is to be followed for all dispatched to AURA.
- Classify your incident
- Confirm location with the customer
- The categorize the incident as “In progress”
- Go to Plus tab
- Click
PLEASE NOTE! Clicking dispatch automatically creates an incident on the AURA portal. - Log in to the Aura Services Dashboard using your login details and select the Dispatch Tab
- Confirm that the Callout ID (in the log on the IMS) matches the callout on the dashboard
AURA (Namola Plus). Callout ID: 523737:
The callout ID can be found in the IMS log after you have dispatched to AURA.
- Click on the circle that has an arrow within to view the incident details.
- To the right of your screen you will see a column labeled Updates. All communication with the AURA team will be logged here.
- AURA will respond by confirming receipt and provide updates as required.
- You can communicate with the AURA response team by doing the following:
Type @controller and then your message
- Example: “@controller please let the responder know the customer is waiting outside”
- NB: @controller must be used in order to notify the AURA team.
